I highly recommend this to you all. The staffs are great, helpful and friendly. I really felt the good energy of the staffs here, seriously! Excellent neighborhood. Smooth check in and check out and also FAST! They did everything necessary to make the check in/out smooth and efficient. The cleaning service everyday is also <3 I just love about everything here. Period.

Really lovely accommodation and breakfast right next to the spa. Good communication from staff after a glitch in the booking.com system left our family of four with two rooms reserved for single instead of double occupancy. Everything worked out great.

This 5-star design hotel in central Berlin offers stylish studios and suites with kitchen facilities. The Mandala in Berlin was our absolute favorite stay of our entire 2 weeks in Germany. The room was tidy and so so so comfortable, there were days we contemplated staying in instead of going out, it was that good. Shout out to Gerson at the front desk who was incredibly helpful and pleasant and always went above and beyond to assist us. A lot of restaurants and shopping around the hotel and we truly cherished our Berlin stay at The Mandala. 100/10 would recommend!

Potsdam is the nice way of breaking up a week in Berlin plenty to see. take time to study the Tourist map. We loved the Russian houses, the Dutch quarter and the spectacular walk along the river from Glienicke Brüke (the Spy bridge) to Cecilienof Palace. Sanssousi Castle is small as far as castles go and interesting to visit. The Neues Palace is actually under renovation so only selected areas are shown and apart from the grotto room (worth seeing) it was very similar to Sanssousi. Dont forget to go down Brandenburger Strasser and have Tea or Coffee.

The region around Brandenburg is very nice with a lot of water and boat trips. Very suitable also for bicycles. Visit the villages around the Havelsee. A cosy restaurant is the Crocodile in the Hauptstraße. The centre is around Hauptstraße, Steinstrasse and Neustadt Markt. Recommend eating Kuchen.

The fortress (Burg) is the main attraction. It has a terrific, hands-on exhibition that is very enjoyable for kids and parents alike. It wasn't yet warm enough to enjoy the water park so no comment on that. Because of the easy train connection to Berlin, Beeskow is great for a weekend getaway or other short visit. We enjoyed strolling though the city, which features one of the longest city walls still standing in Brandenburg. We also enjoyed our walks and runs through the forest. Beeskow is easy to manage without a car, and also has a good bus network to neighbouring villages.

Anyone interested in early history should spend 3 hours in the local archaeology museum. Dom also a Great introduction to Brandenburg history, as was the Slav open-air museum.

The hotel is located a good 5 minute drive away from Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The shuttle service can be arranged in advance and costs 12€ for the entire family (9€ for a couple). The driver was extremely nice and accommodating, same goes for staff at reception. Every guest receives a welcome drink at the 24/7 bar in the lobby (beer/wine/cocktail/water). The lobby is great to hang out, with a lounge area, reading area, fussball table and even drawing supplies for kids. 10/10 would stay here again!

We had to take a taxi nevertheless for 22 € but even with that it was cheaper than other hotels closer to the airport. Well, I think this is the first time I feel like giving a 10/10. Our stay was too short but we manage to enjoy everything this beautiful place and facility offered. It is really beautiful place and everything is nicely organized, quiet yet not boring. The stuff is very friendly willing to help well trained and they speak English effortlessly. Everything is clean and spacious - public areas and room. A reply comfortable bed (although the pillow was not). you can enjoy walking around, exploring, spending time in the beautiful open space lounge or relaxing in the spa area. the restaurant offers a really satisfying variety of well prepared foods and desserts. The staff again is so friendly and professional. Next to it there is an Italian restaurant that was smelling so good - unfortunately we didn’t tried it. I really recommend a visit to both - the beautiful nature and the hotel. For sure we’ll visit it again and next time we’ll make sure we have more days to spend.
